After World War-II, the United States of America and Russia appeared to be the two superpowers of the world and they played a pivotal role in the world's economy and political matters. But in 1991, the great Soviet Union (USSR) had broken into pieces, Russia's splendid kingdom had partitioned in 12 states; these twelve new states of Russia had emerged on the map of the world. After the breakup of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), being a sole superpower of that time, the United States of America (USA) started to increase its influence on those newly emerged states; it also initiated to spread the impact in other countries as well.
